Role : Marketing Manager
Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire
Pay: £25,000.00 to £35,000.00 pa
We now have a great opportunity for someone looking to take their marketing career to the next level. We are looking for a motivated, creative, hands-on Marketing individual to Manage our marketing and marcoms function.
Role:
You will be based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire and will play a crucial role in delivering the marketing communications plan for the company, with a particular focus on brand building, communications and lead generation. This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit a dynamic, creative individual who is happy to get stuck into the day-to-day activities of a busy and growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Devise, develop and deliver a content marketing strategy across multiple channels and deliver on commercial objectives
- Generate awareness within existing and new customers using the full marketing mix
- Manage the social media accounts creating relevant and timely content
- Make sure the website is kept up to date with engaging and relevant content
- Develop a lead generation funnel to support the sales team’s activity
- Create marketing campaigns, promotional materials, email shots, press releases, articles, presentations and other written materials as required
- Develop sales collateral to ensure the sales team are armed with the best tools to showcase our proposition and win new business
- Analyse all marketing activity, drive efficiencies and optimise campaigns
- Ensure branding is consistent across print, digital and vehicle and machine livery
- Manage the corporate clothing
Skills and Experience:
- A commercially minded B2B marketer
- Working experience in Marketing or suitable Marketing–related qualification is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce quality content including; press releases, social posts and website content
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Digital Marketing including Google Analytics and Social Media is preferred
- Solid experience in using Adobe Creative Suite applications particularly in design, photoshop and illustrator
- Experience of working with CRM systems
- An understanding of HTML would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and able to multi-task
- Ability to work on own initiative
